“The Role of Transitional Justice In Rebuilding Human Rights and Rule of Law in Post-conflict Societies”
Inside Out is a global participatory art project whose goal is to send strong message to the world by presenting portraits of different people, initiated by French photographer JR who stated that “if we don’t know anything about people, we don’t have the right to judge them.” After winning the TED price in 2011, JR expressed wish to change the world by turning it “inside out”. Since 2015 over 127 countries participated in the project and more than 250.000 portraits were taken.
The Alexander Gorchakov Public Diplomacy Fund starts accepting applications for participation in the International Conference “The Balkan Dialogue – 2018”, which will take place on April 25-28 in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The goal of the event is to establish a dialogue of experts and young professionals in the field of foreign affairs, economics, issues of security, international journalism and representatives of the academic community on the Balkan Peninsula on the most urgent topics of the region.

Members of Divided Past-Joint Future project team participated in final ICTY Legacy Conference which took place in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, from 22 to 24 June 2017.
Through presence on panel discussions and lectures we had a chance to learn more about the very institution of The International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), its work, solved and importance of ICTY, stressing its importance for victims of war. Hocking explained how the Tribunal’s legacy will live on through efforts inside and outside courtrooms in the region and across the world.
