As part of the project “Divided Past – Joint Future”, implemented by 19 organizations in 6 countries of the Western Balkan and Turkey, during the month of March and April in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a National Campaign entitled “Embracing Damage” is being implemented.
The campaign is implemented in several steps, and the first step of the campaign has brought together 25 young people from Tuzla through educational and field activities on the process of reconciliation and youthactivism in the sphere of peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
At the end of the two-day workshops there were field activities that were reflected through realization of “Flash Moba” on the streets of Tuzla, placing transparent on Korzo and the Blue Bridge, and together with the Municipal Administration of Tuzla – Department of Utilities, planted a red maple tree in City park, not far from the Orthodox Church, we have also buried a time capsule with youth peace messages.
During the street performances where most of the workshop participants participated, a booth was set up where citizens could meet, talk and take qualitative research: “The process of reconciliation in the Western Balkans and Turkey”.
